Version 0.1 of 24 October 2026 · pending legal review
This is a translation. If the two versions differ, the Bulgarian version prevails.
1. Data controller
KAGAMI Ltd. (КАГАМИ ЕООД), Company ID 103141758
84 General Gurko St., ground floor, Varna, Bulgaria
2. The free part — no personal data
If you view the sky, the Moon, the constellations, the AI horoscope and the reading of the day without signing in, we collect no personal data. There are no tracking cookies, no analytics and no ads.
We use only one technical cookie, which keeps your chosen language and the location you view the sky for in your browser. It is not used for tracking and is not sent to third parties.
3. What we keep when you sign in
- your email — for signing in and contacting you;
- the birth date, time and place of the profiles you add yourself (your own, and those of people you make a chart for with their consent);
- the last location you viewed the sky for.
4. Why
To show you your natal chart, your personal reading and charts for two. We do not use the data for advertising and do not build profiles for third parties.
5. Legal basis
- your consent — Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
- contract — for the paid tiers (Light, Shadow, Whole), where the data is needed to provide the tier you unlocked.
6. Where the data is
On our own server in Varna, Bulgaria. We do not sell it and do not pass it on to third parties.
The only exception: if you ask for a “warm” retelling of a reading, the text of the reading — without your email — is sent to the Google Gemini API to be retold. If you don't choose this option, nothing leaves our server.
7. How long
Until you delete your profile at /auth/iztrii, or 24 months after your last sign-in — whichever comes first. The data is then deleted.
8. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right:
- of access — to learn what data we keep about you;
- to rectification of inaccurate data;
- to erasure — yourself, at /auth/iztrii, or by writing to us;
- to data portability — to receive your data in a machine-readable format;
- to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
- to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection — www.cpdp.bg.
9. Contact
For anything about your data: [email protected].
